Are You Registered With A Redress Scheme ?
Yes, of course. It is a legal requirement as stipulated by the government. We are registered with the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) who are effectively our Ombudsman and can solve issues for the client of property companies that may not be serving their customers appropriately.
Why Can't I Find You On The PRS Scheme ?
For some reason people do have trouble finding us from time to time and it's usually due to a typo or a browser problem. If you visit the PRS member list and type in "2N Property" (without the inverted commas) and no trailing spaces you should see us listed like this:
Is My Data Safe With You ?
Yes, of course. We are legally obliged under Data Protection Regulation to be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and to have appropriate procedures in place to handle and keep safe personal and sensitive information.
